Food: Plan an hour (or thereabouts) set aside to prepare food. This will be a time of sacred awareness of food. See the kitchen as a sacred space. As you prepare the food, sense or know that it too is divine. Think of this as the gift of the Divine and the Earth to your own divine physical body. Feel your connection to the Earth through this nourishment. Feel the light and divinity in the food before you. Give gratitude for its sacred role to you. As you eat, feel your digestive system and sense the light and divinity in this. Ask the divinity in the food and the divinity in the digestive system to connect together as the food digests. Check in over the next few hours to sense how the digestion is progressing. You will probably notice an ease and contentment in your body.
